Welcome to True Grind Co (truegrindco.com). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or entering any of our promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. General

True Grind Co is a Canadian streetwear brand operated out of British Columbia, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada to make purchases or enter any True Grind Co promotional contests. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Orders

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or detail due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure checkout. We accept major credit cards and any payment methods available through our payment provider. All transactions are processed in CAD.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During drops or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing. Remote or northern communities may experience longer times.

  • True Grind Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items and personalized items are final sale.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of True Grind Co and is protected under Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) solely to fulfill orders and operate our promotions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process orders (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors). Our practices comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

9. Communications & CASL Compliance

By signing up for our newsletter or entering a promotion, you consent to receive electronic communications from True Grind Co, including product updates, drop announcements, and giveaway information. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

10. Limitation of Liability

True Grind Co, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, purchase of products, or participation in promotions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold True Grind Co harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

TRUE GRIND CO — OFFICIAL CONTEST & GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Sponsor

True Grind Co, located in British Columbia, Canada ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Contests and giveaways are open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of True Grind Co are not eligible.

3. Contest Period

Each contest will have a specified start and end date, clearly stated in the promotional materials and on truegrindco.com. All entries must be received before the posted closing date and time (Pacific Time).

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Make a qualifying purchase at truegrindco.com during the contest period. Each qualifying purchase earns the number of entries specified in the contest announcement.

No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry): To enter without making a purchase, send an email to truegrindcoenteries@gmail.com with the subject line "GIVEAWAY ENTRY" including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and a brief answer (25 words or more) to the question: "What does the grind mean to you?" Free entries receive the same number of entries as a qualifying purchase. Limit one free entry per person per contest period.

Both methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize Details

The number of prizes, approximate retail value, and description of each prize will be disclosed in the promotional materials for each contest. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the prize itself is cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

For giveaways that include merchandise (e.g., the Swag Bag), all items will be purchased after the draw closing date to ensure correct sizing and personalization for the winner.

6. Winner Selection

On the draw date specified in the contest announcement, one or more potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance (mechanical or otherwise). The question will be a standard four-part arithmetic problem. If the selected entrant fails to answer correctly, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner may be required to sign a declaration and release form before receiving the prize.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

10. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the winner's Canadian mailing address within 30 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise stated. True Grind Co is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

11. Publicity

By entering, you grant True Grind Co the right to use your name, city/province, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Disqualification

True Grind Co reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release True Grind Co, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. General

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Any contest is void where prohibited by law. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and True Grind Co with respect to the contest.
