Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During new drops or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking info once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): Calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing

  • Remote or northern communities may experience longer delivery times

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, contact us at truegrindco@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.

Giveaway & Contest Prizes
Giveaway prizes (including the Swag Bag) are shipped separately from regular orders. All merchandise in giveaway prizes is purchased after the draw closes to ensure correct sizing and personalization. Please allow additional processing time for prize fulfillment.

Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. True Grind Co is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.
