OFFICIAL RULES & MISSION INTEL

1. THE MISSION (THE PROMOTION): The True Grind Co. "Founders Drop" Giveaway is a test of loyalty for those who outwork the rest. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Founders Drop starts TBA, and automatically closes once the 50th eligible order is processed, or on TBA, whichever occurs first.

4. THE HAUL (THE PRIZE): One (1) Winner will be extracted to receive the "Founders Loadout," consisting of:

  • $500.00 CAD (Cold Hard Cash).

  • (1) True Grind Co. Gym Bag (Exclusive: Never for sale. Only earned via winning drops).

  • (1) Founders Drop Work Hoodie.

  • (1) Founders Drop Work Tee.

  • (1) Founders Drop Tactical Windbreaker.

  • (1) Founders Drop Insulated Travel Mug.

  • Total Estimated Retail Value: $850.00 CAD.

5. HOW TO SECURE ENTRIES:

  • Gear Purchase: Every $1.00 spent at TrueGrindCo.com during the Entry Period equals 5 entries into the draw. ( only for Founders Drop)

  • The Clean Slate (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without buying gear, hand-print your name, address, and a 100-word original essay on "What the True Grind means to me" and mail it to: [2640 peatt road, Victoria, B.C. V9B 3T8 ]. One mail-in entry per envolope.

6. THE DRAW: A random draw will be conducted within 7 days of the giveaway closing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries earned during the Founders Drop.

7. THE SKILL TEST (REQUIRED BY LAW): Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If you can’t handle the math, you can’t handle the haul.

8. VERIFICATION: True Grind Co. reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility. Failure to provide proof of age or residency results in immediate forfeiture.

9. PUBLICITY: By winning, you grant True Grind Co. the right to use your name/likeness for promotional purposes (social media, website) without further compensation.

10. LIABILITY: True Grind Co. is not responsible for technical glitches or lost mail. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion if fraud or technical failures undermine the integrity of the Grind.

11. THE CUSTOM BUILD (PRODUCTION TIMELINE): Success takes time; quality takes even longer. Because the Founders Loadout is built specifically for the victor, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for prize delivery following winner verification.

  • The Personal Touch: Your name (or designated callsign) will be professionally embroidered onto the Founders Hoodie, the Exclusive Gym Bag, and other select gear in the haul.

  • The Mission: We don't ship "off-the-shelf" prizes. We ship custom-commissioned gear built for the individual who earned it.
